Damages or issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll take care of it.


About consumable products

Because VIBRA is a consumable supplement, opened or used products aren’t eligible for traditional returns. However, our money-back guarantee still applies.

If you’ve tried VIBRA and feel it’s not the right fit, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll review your request fairly and promptly.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
